I have an autonomous ergonomic chair, an uplift desk, and an uplift standing desk stool to help alleviate my neck issues from poor posture while working—work involves constant reading on my desk, straining my neck and back. While my set up helped with my issues significantly, the cushion lab lumbar pillow and seat cushion made it even better! I can now sit on my chair for more than 20 min without straining my neck and back! It keeps me sitting straight up without overcompensating the muscles behind my neck. I previously had a purple (brand) cushion seat, which was also great, but I had difficulty keeping it in place and always found myself adjusting and readjusting it on my seat. Not with this combo! Got the “wellness green” color, which is much more subtle than the mint color and matched the neutral color decor of my apt.

United StatesIf you get the seat cushion, you need the lumbar support to keep from leaning back. For me the lumbar support pillow works well in my uncomfortable work-from-home chair. Highly recommend.
United StatesThis pillow is nothing short of a miracle for my back. Ordinarily, when I sit for any length of time getting up can be uncomfortable at best, excruciating at worst.
