USThe cushion seems very well made and functional. However, sitting in it increased my nerve pain so I would like to return it. I have no doubt that it would be helpful to others with different sources of nerve pain. When I ordered it, it claimed to be "Shipped from the USA". When looking at the fine print of their return policy, I was shocked to see that I must cover the expensive cost of return shipping to CANADA!!! This will probably be half the cost of the cushion. Don't order this and expect charges to be what you would expect to pay if shipped in the USA if you need to return it.
